This active shoulder stretch is a great pre-workout warm-up for the shoulder joint. I only have 60 seconds to perform it but you can do as many repetitions as you feel your shoulder needs.
Our shoulders are a very flexible joint and take a beating from everyday life & training. Some strange sounds and feelings come from moving through your range of motion but it shouldn’t pinch or be painful.
